Q: How do I install WaConnect on Shopify?

Search WaConnect in the Shopify App Store, click Install, and approve permissions. Then open WaConnect in Shopify Admin to connect WhatsApp via Meta embedded signup.

Q: Why is my WhatsApp automation message not sending?

Messages must be approved in Meta WhatsApp Manager and match the language configured in WaConnect (usually English / en). Open Automation messages in WaConnect for audit status and Meta rejection reasons.

Q: How do I contact WaConnect support?
